Here are some of the current and well-known options to fight depression and mental illnesses.
There is therapy (the expensive one)
Taking pills and drugs (usually combined with therapy)
Doing exercise (what exercises? how often? for how much time?)
Changing the diet (this one is self-explanatory)
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
Some of them may be more effective for you than others. We all experience depression differently. It is because of this that one method has succeeded for some but failed miserably for others.
All these methods have their merits, I’m not trying to say the contrary don’t get me wrong.
But due for time, lack of resources or any other valid reason, not everybody has access to these methods and this creates a clear impediment of a possible solution against depression.
Happiness and success are not something that falls from a tree or that we stumble upon them one day by accident. The same goes for depression, it won’t go away unless you know what steps to take to get out of it.
We need to take this as our personal journey, I’m just here to handle the knowledge and tools.
Yes, this kind of system does exist! And better yet, it is natural!
